Write the development brief
Identify the wearer, use, fit intent, size range, fabric requirements, construction details, decoration, labels, packaging, target quantity, destination, and required date. Mark which references are mandatory and which are directional.
Resolve one sample stage at a time
A development sample may be used to review silhouette, measurements, construction, material, and decoration. Changes are recorded before the next approval or bulk release.
Confirm commercial terms after scope
New patterns, custom materials, special trims, testing, and grading can change minimums, cost, and timing. Those terms are confirmed in writing after the development review; no universal price or MOQ is assumed.
