FROM BRIEF TO TEAM KIT
Every project starts with a useful brief. We turn your product, artwork and delivery requirements into a written specification you can review before committing.
THE SIX-STEP PATH
The exact workflow can change with the product and technique, but these are the core decisions every brief should cover.
Tell us who the garments are for, which products you need, approximate quantities by style, destination country, target date and any budget considerations.
Provide your logo or design, preferred garment colors and intended placements. If files are not ready, explain the concept and we can identify what is still needed.
Garment options and decoration methods are discussed against the design. Material, color, sizing, artwork treatment and other order-specific details should be written into the quote.
Check the itemized scope, currency, delivery basis, timing and payment terms. PayPal payment instructions are provided only after the quote is approved; do not pay from an unverified link.
Production should begin only after the required approvals are recorded. Sampling, proofing and approval steps depend on the product and decoration method and must be confirmed for the specific order.
The dispatch method, destination, charges, estimated transit information, customs responsibility and tracking availability are confirmed for the order before shipment.
MAKE THE FIRST MESSAGE COUNT
Not sure what file format or decoration method fits your design? Use the ordering guide as a checklist, or send what you have and clearly identify what remains undecided.
BEFORE YOU APPROVE
Product pages explain what may be possible. Your approved quote and order confirmation should state what is actually included for your project. Check the product specification, quantities, decoration, price, currency, taxes or duties, shipping basis, estimated timing, approval process and cancellation or remedy terms.
START WITH THE DETAILS
