What the minimum applies to
Do not assume unrelated garments, fabrics, or colors can be combined into one minimum. Send the proposed breakdown by style, color, size, and decoration so the production route can be checked.
Why some specifications need more
Custom-dyed material, newly made trims, special packaging, complex personalization, or a garment developed from scratch may create a higher practical minimum. We identify that before quoting.
Make a small first run useful
Keep the number of base garments and colors focused, use one controlled artwork system, collect the size roster before ordering, and treat the approved sample as a reference for the next run.
