How Long Does Custom Apparel Take? A 7-Day Sampling Timeline
Our working plan targets a sample in 7 days after the specification is ready, then about 15 days for bulk production after sample approval. DDP transit depends on the destination and route, so the required-in-hand date must be confirmed in the quote.

Before Day 0: complete the brief
The clock is meaningful only when the garment direction, quantity, artwork, decoration, size plan, destination, and open questions are clear enough to proceed.
Days 1–7: make and review the sample
Pattern or base preparation, material confirmation, decoration setup, sewing, and inspection occur within the agreed sample scope. Buyer review time and revisions are separate from the initial target.
After approval: bulk production
The working plan allows about 15 days for cutting, sewing, decoration, and inspection after written sample approval and final roster confirmation. Complex development can require a different schedule.
Then: DDP transit
The route, destination, seasonal capacity, customs process, and last-mile service affect delivery. Use the written quote for the project-specific production and arrival plan.
