1. Define the use before browsing products
Write down who wears the garment, where, how often, under what conditions, and by what date. Add the expected quantity, size range, logo locations, and delivery destination.
2. Ask for measurable specifications
Request finished-garment measurements, fabric composition and weight for the selected option, construction details, decoration method, tolerance, packing, and the delivery basis. Mark unconfirmed values clearly.
3. Approve a physical sample
Use the sample to review fit, hand feel, color appearance, stitching, trim, logo scale, placement, and the interaction between decoration and fabric. Record changes instead of relying on chat history.
4. Freeze the roster and production plan
Assign one person to approve sizes, names, numbers, quantities, and deadline. Confirm when the production clock starts and what the DDP quote covers for the named destination.
