Enquiry-stage terms · Reviewed 19 August 2026
1. Informational website
Product, customization and solution pages describe possible categories, planning factors and decoration techniques. They do not guarantee that a particular garment, material, color, size, method, quantity or delivery route is available. Exact details require a written quote.
2. An enquiry is not an order
Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message does not place an order and does not oblige either party to proceed. The quote form only prepares an email in your own mail application; it does not submit an order or payment to the website.
3. Written quote and specification
Before an order or payment, the project documents should identify:
- the parties and the quote validity period;
- garments, materials, colors, sizes and quantities;
- artwork version, dimensions, placement and decoration method;
- samples, proofs, tolerances and approval stages where applicable;
- price, currency, taxes, duties, fees and payment schedule;
- production and shipping assumptions; and
- change, cancellation, issue-reporting and remedy terms.
4. Artwork and customer materials
Send only logos, names, images and other materials that you own or are authorized to reproduce. Production suitability can require agreed digitizing, separation, simplification or resizing. A change is not approved unless it is recorded through the project’s artwork-approval process.
5. Pricing and payment
Website content is not a price offer. The applicable price, currency, taxes, duties, payment schedule, fees and verified recipient are stated in the written project documents. PayPal is the intended payment method after quote approval, but there is no payment button or receiving account published on this website at present.
6. Production, delivery and remedies
Timing, delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds and remedies are project-specific and are provided before payment. Review the shipping information and returns information together with the written quote. Nothing on this site is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
7. Acceptable website use
Do not use the website to:
- break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
- send malicious code or interfere with website security;
- misrepresent your identity or authority to make an enquiry; or
- collect or exploit site content unlawfully.
8. Website content and availability
The website may be updated, interrupted or contain an error. Website copy, branding and original content remain protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Sending customer artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork merely because it is included in an enquiry.
9. Order law and dispute process
If a project proceeds, the governing law, complaint route and dispute process applicable to that order are stated in the written order terms before acceptance. Mandatory rights continue to apply.
10. Questions
