Current website statusThe site does not place orders, collect shipping charges or create a delivery contract. A written quote is required before a project can move forward.

1. Shipping is reviewed for each project

A useful delivery review starts with the destination country, city and postal code, the requested in-hand date and whether the address has any access restrictions. Garment quantity, parcel profile, production plan and delivery destination all affect the available route.

2. What the written quote should state

Before an order or payment, the project documents should state:

  • the delivery destination and dispatch assumptions;
  • the included freight service and shipping charge;
  • the estimated production and transit assumptions;
  • which party is responsible for customs clearance, duties and taxes;
  • the agreed delivery basis or Incoterm, if one is used; and
  • the available tracking and delivery-issue process.

A requested date remains a request until it appears in the written quote with the assumptions needed to assess it.

3. Production and transit are separate

Artwork approval, sourcing, production, checking and packing occur before transit. Carrier operations, customs, weather and destination access can affect a shipment after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees unless a written order document expressly says otherwise.

4. Customs and import charges

International delivery can involve customs clearance, import duties, taxes, brokerage or handling charges. Do not assume any of these costs are included. Their allocation is confirmed in the written quote before payment.

5. Address changes and delivery issues

Address corrections, split shipments, storage, re-delivery or refused parcels can change cost and timing. Report a change as early as possible so its effect can be reviewed in writing.

For a delayed, lost, damaged or incomplete delivery, contact 18927585207@163.com, include the project reference and retain the packaging, carrier label and clear photographs. Reporting windows, investigation steps and remedies are stated in the order-specific terms and remain subject to applicable rights.
