Enquiry-stage information · Reviewed 19 August 2026
1. How the quote form works
The current quote form runs in your browser and prepares a draft email in your own mail application. It does not submit the brief to a Teamwear Works website database and does not upload artwork. You choose whether to review and send the email, and attachments are added in your mail app.
2. Information you may choose to send
An enquiry may include:
- your name, organization, country, email and telephone or WhatsApp number;
- product, quantity, size, color, artwork and decoration requirements;
- delivery destination, requested in-hand date and correspondence; and
- quote, approval, invoice, shipping or payment-status records if a project proceeds.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, government identity documents or other information that is not needed for the enquiry.
3. Why enquiry information may be used
Information you send may be used to:
- reply to your question and assess a requested specification;
- prepare and revise a written quote;
- review artwork and record approvals;
- arrange production, payment and delivery if you approve an order; and
- keep records needed for security, disputes and applicable obligations.
4. Services involved in your contact
Email, WhatsApp and any later PayPal transaction operate under their own terms and privacy information. When you choose one of those channels, the relevant service processes the information needed to provide it. Website hosting and security services may also process basic request information, such as IP address, request time, browser details and security logs, to serve and protect the site.
5. Sharing and international handling
If a project proceeds, information may need to be shared with providers involved in email, communications, payment, garment or decoration work, professional advice and delivery. An international enquiry can involve services or recipients in countries different from your own. Only the information reasonably needed for the project should be shared.
6. Retention and security
Enquiry records may remain in the email or messaging services used for the conversation. If a project proceeds, related quote, approval, payment and delivery records may also be maintained for operational, security, dispute or applicable record-keeping needs. Contact us to ask about records connected to your enquiry. No email or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so verify unexpected payment or account changes through the contact details published on this site.
7. Your choices
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights over personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Send a request to 18927585207@163.com with enough detail to identify the relevant interaction. A response may require reasonable identity verification and remains subject to applicable law.
8. Children
This business enquiry service is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. A responsible adult or authorized organization should handle a youth team enquiry and avoid sharing unnecessary information about individual participants.
9. Changes to this information
This page will be updated when the website’s enquiry tools or information handling changes. The reviewed date identifies the version shown here.
